No. No tool can guarantee where an email lands. Super Intelligent Sender controls how and when you send (per-mailbox limits, even pacing, local business hours, company lockouts and suppression). Your domain setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and your content still matter.

No. Super Intelligent Sender sends email only. It can keep a task list of LinkedIn and SMS follow-ups with a drafted message, which a person sends by hand.

No. New mailboxes can ramp up their daily volume gradually, but Super Intelligent Sender does not exchange warm-up emails with other mailboxes.

With AI, into Positive, OOO, Negative or Neutral. Gemini is the default; an organisation can use its own Gemini, Anthropic or OpenAI-compatible key. Replies the AI cannot classify still appear in the inbox.

Yes. A workspace can hold several brands, each with its own mailboxes and campaigns. Leads contacted by one brand are locked from the others for 90 days.

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribes, hard bounces, opt-out replies and your do-not-contact list are checked before every send, across all campaigns.

Yes. A REST API with scoped, revocable tokens covers brands, campaigns, leads, mailboxes and tasks.

Each organisation's data is isolated, mailbox tokens and two-factor secrets are encrypted at rest, passwords and API tokens are stored only as hashes, and two-factor sign-in is available for every user. See the Security page for details.

No. Replies are sent through your own connected Google mailbox, on the original thread.

Yes. The lead's timeline lists every email sent, each open and click (with the link that was clicked), and every reply.

Yes. Super Intelligent Sender keeps its own pipeline for outreach leads. You can read and update leads from other tools through the REST API.

No. Super Intelligent Sender shows open and reply rates for each variant side by side; you decide which copy to keep.

Yes. A positive or negative reply or a bounce cancels that lead's remaining emails. An out-of-office pauses the sequence until the return date read from the auto-reply, and a neutral reply such as "not right now" pauses it for a set number of days.

No. Super Intelligent Sender does not sell or look up contact data. You import your own leads; the enrichment queue helps your team fill in missing phone numbers and LinkedIn URLs.

A lead already in the campaign is skipped and counted in the import summary, so nobody is enrolled twice.

Yes. Create a brand per client, connect that client's mailboxes to it, and run its campaigns separately. The 90-day lead lock stops two clients' campaigns contacting the same person.

Yes, a REST API with scoped tokens that can be revoked at any time. Only a hash of each token is stored.

As many as you add. Leads are split evenly between them, so more variants means fewer leads per variant and slower answers.

The campaign compares opens and replies per variant. Clicks are recorded on each lead's timeline.

No. The AI suggests copy. You review it, save it to a step, and the campaign sends it inside the usual limits.

The provider set for your organisation: Gemini by default, or your own Gemini, Anthropic or OpenAI-compatible key.

Each lead is stored with a fixed UTC offset. If your leads are in a region that changes its clocks, put the current offset in your import file, or expect a one-hour shift during summer time.

Add a timezone column to your CSV. For countries like the US, Canada and Australia, Super Intelligent Sender cannot guess the zone from the domain and uses the brand's default instead.

No. The insights come from fixed rules over your real numbers. AI only rewrites the summary sentence, and any rewrite that contains a number not in the facts is thrown away.

Immediately. The address is suppressed when the unsubscribe arrives, and every later send is checked against the list.

No. The footer is the unsubscribe link only. If the law where you send requires a postal address, add it to your signature or template.

No tool can count opens exactly: some mail apps block images, and some load them automatically. Treat opens as a signal and replies as the result.
