This policy explains how Super Intelligent Sender ("we", "us") handles personal data when you visit our website, use the Super Intelligent Sender service, or receive an email sent by one of our customers through Super Intelligent Sender.

1. Our two roles

Controller. For our website, your account and billing, we decide how personal data is used.

Processor. For the leads, emails and replies our customers manage in Super Intelligent Sender, the customer decides how that data is used and we process it on their instructions. If you received an email sent with Super Intelligent Sender, the sender is responsible for it; you can use the unsubscribe link in the email or contact the sender directly.

2. What we collect

Account data: name, work email, organisation, role, password hash and optional two-factor settings.
Workspace content: brands, campaigns, email templates, leads you upload (such as name, email, company, phone and LinkedIn URL), notes and tasks.
Connected mailbox data: the OAuth tokens for each Google mailbox you connect, the emails Super Intelligent Sender sends, and replies to those emails, which we read to match them to leads and label them.
Engagement data: opens, clicks, bounces and unsubscribes for emails sent through the service.
Technical data: IP address, browser, sign-in times and an activity log of changes in your workspace.
Payment data: payments are handled by our payment processors (such as Razorpay or Stripe). We receive the payer's name, email, amount and payment status, not full card details.

3. How we use it

To provide the service: sending your campaigns, tracking engagement, matching and labelling replies, and showing your pipeline.
To keep accounts and the service secure, prevent abuse and enforce our acceptable use policy.
To provide support, process payments and send service messages.
To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your workspace content to advertise to anyone.

4. Google user data

Super Intelligent Sender's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Gmail access only to send the emails you schedule, read replies to those emails and detect bounces. We do not use Gmail data to train AI models or for advertising, and people at Super Intelligent Sender do not read your mail except with your permission, for security, or where the law requires it.

5. AI processing

To label replies and to help write email copy, the relevant text is sent to an AI provider: Google Gemini by default, or a provider your organisation configures with its own key. We send only what the task needs.

6. Who we share data with

Service providers who help us run Super Intelligent Sender, under contracts that limit their use of the data: hosting and network providers, Google (Gmail API, Gemini and reCAPTCHA), and payment processors. We may also disclose data where the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of others.

7. Cookies

We use cookies that are needed for sign-in, security (such as CSRF protection) and to remember preferences like your theme. We do not use advertising cookies.

8. How long we keep data

We keep workspace data while your account is active. After an account closes, we delete or anonymise its data within a reasonable period, unless we must keep some of it to meet legal, tax or security obligations. Suppression records (unsubscribes and do-not-contact entries) may be kept so that people who opted out are not emailed again.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, and to complain to a data protection authority. To use these rights, contact us at the contact form. If your request is about data a customer holds in Super Intelligent Sender, we will pass it to that customer and help them respond.

10. Security and transfers

We protect data with the measures described on our Security page. Our providers may process data in other countries; where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

11. Children

Super Intelligent Sender is a business service and is not meant for anyone under 18.
