Acceptable use policy

Last updated 24 October 2026

Super Intelligent Sender is built for relevant, respectful business-to-business outreach. This policy says what that means. It is part of our terms of service.

What good outreach looks like

  • Emails to people in their professional role, about something relevant to that role.
  • An honest sender name, an honest subject line, and a real way to reply.
  • Every unsubscribe and every "please stop" honoured, everywhere. Super Intelligent Sender adds an unsubscribe link to every email and suppresses opt-outs automatically; do not remove or work around it.
  • Lead data you have the right to use, handled under the privacy and anti-spam laws that apply to your recipients.

Not allowed

  • Sending to consumers in bulk, or to anyone where the law requires prior consent you do not have.
  • Using lead lists you have no right to use, including harvested or scraped addresses where that is unlawful.
  • Phishing, malware, deceptive links, false or misleading headers, or impersonating another person or company.
  • Illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or threatening content, or content promoting illegal goods or services.
  • Collecting sensitive personal data (such as health or financial account details) through outreach.
  • Connecting mailboxes you are not authorised to use, or using Super Intelligent Sender in breach of Google's policies.
  • Trying to bypass sending limits, suppression or security controls, or probing, overloading or attacking the service.
  • Reselling access to Super Intelligent Sender without our written agreement.

Enforcement

We may pause campaigns, disconnect mailboxes or suspend accounts that break this policy or create a risk for recipients, Google or other customers. Where reasonable, we will contact you first.

If you received an email sent with Super Intelligent Sender that breaks this policy, tell us through the contact form and include the email if you can. To stop emails from a sender, use the unsubscribe link in their email.
