These terms are an agreement between Super Intelligent Sender ("we", "us") and the organisation that signs up for Super Intelligent Sender ("you"). By using Super Intelligent Sender you accept them. If you accept on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may do so.

1. The service

Super Intelligent Sender is a web service for sending cold email campaigns from mailboxes you connect, handling replies and tracking leads. We may improve and change the service over time. Features described on our website reflect the service as it is today.

2. Your account

Keep sign-in details secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what your users do.

3. Your responsibilities when you send email

You are the sender of every email sent through your workspace and are responsible for its content and for whom it goes to.
You must comply with the laws that apply to your outreach, such as anti-spam, privacy and data protection laws in the countries of your recipients, and with Google's terms and policies for the mailboxes you connect.
You must have the right to use the lead data you upload, identify yourself honestly, and honour unsubscribe requests.
You must follow our acceptable use policy.

4. Deliverability and AI

We do not guarantee that any email will be delivered, reach an inbox, be opened or get a reply. Reply labels and AI-written copy are suggestions and can be wrong; review them before you rely on them.

5. Plans and payment

Prices are shown on our pricing page and at checkout. Subscriptions renew for the same period until cancelled. Fees are payable in advance and exclude taxes unless stated. Payments are handled by our payment processors. Except where the law or these terms say otherwise, fees already paid are not refundable.

6. Your data

You own the data you put into Super Intelligent Sender. You give us permission to process it only to provide and secure the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can delete your leads and campaigns while your account is active, and we will provide a copy of your data on request.

7. Our property

We own Super Intelligent Sender, its software and its content. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to build a competing product. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Super Intelligent Sender at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or the acceptable use policy, if your use puts the service or others at risk, or if fees are unpaid. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

9. Availability and warranties

We work to keep Super Intelligent Sender available and secure, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Planned maintenance and events outside our control may interrupt the service.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

You will defend and compensate us against claims arising from the emails you send, the data you upload or your breach of these terms.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date above; for material changes we will also notify account owners. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
