How does Super Intelligent Sender pick the time zone for each lead?
Each lead has a UTC offset. Super Intelligent Sender takes it from the import file when there is a timezone column; otherwise from the country domain of the company or email (for example .in or .de); otherwise from the brand's default timezone. Emails then go out only inside that lead's working hours and working days, and inside the campaign's own schedule.

Does Super Intelligent Sender adjust for daylight saving time?
Each lead is stored with a fixed UTC offset. If your leads are in a region that changes its clocks, put the current offset in your import file, or expect a one-hour shift during summer time.
What if my leads span several time zones in one country?
Add a timezone column to your CSV. For countries like the US, Canada and Australia, Super Intelligent Sender cannot guess the zone from the domain and uses the brand's default instead.
