How does tracking work in Super Intelligent Sender?
Super Intelligent Sender adds an open pixel and rewrites links so that opens and clicks are recorded on the lead's timeline, including which link was clicked. Every tracking link is signed so it cannot be altered. Each organisation can set a custom tracking domain; it is used only after Super Intelligent Sender has verified a DNS TXT record and an HTTPS check on that domain. Until then, and if verification fails, links use the platform domain.
Open tracking
Each open is recorded on the lead's timeline with its date.
Click tracking
Clicks are recorded with the link that was clicked.
Signed links
Tracking and unsubscribe links are signed, so they cannot be edited to point elsewhere.
Your own tracking domain
Use a subdomain you own for every tracked and unsubscribe link.
Verified before use
A DNS TXT record and an HTTPS round trip prove you own the domain.
Old links keep working
Changing domains does not break links in emails already sent.
