Every reply sorted, and answered on the same thread
Replies arrive in one inbox, already labelled. Answer the interested ones without leaving Engage.

How does Engage handle replies?
Engage checks your connected mailboxes every few minutes, matches each reply to its lead and campaign, and uses AI to label it Positive, OOO, Negative or Neutral. A positive reply moves the lead to Interested and opens a follow-up task with a response deadline. You answer from the Replies inbox and the email goes out on the original thread, from the mailbox that received the reply.
AI labels
Each reply is labelled Positive, OOO, Negative or Neutral. Gemini is the default; an organisation can use its own Gemini, Anthropic or OpenAI-compatible key.
Nothing gets lost
If the AI cannot classify a reply, it still lands in the inbox for you to read. Bounces are recognised and the address is suppressed.
Reply on the same thread
Write your answer in a rich-text editor and send it from the mailbox that received the reply, threaded with the original conversation.
Signatures
Save signatures per mailbox and insert one with a click.
Follow-up deadlines
An interested reply creates a follow-up task with a deadline, and the lead card shows how much time is left or how overdue it is.
Opt-outs respected
A reply asking to stop is labelled Negative and the lead is suppressed from every campaign.

Frequently asked questions
How does Engage handle replies?
Engage checks your connected mailboxes every few minutes, matches each reply to its lead and campaign, and uses AI to label it Positive, OOO, Negative or Neutral. A positive reply moves the lead to Interested and opens a follow-up task with a response deadline. You answer from the Replies inbox and the email goes out on the original thread, from the mailbox that received the reply.
What happens if the AI labels a reply wrongly?
You can change the lead's stage by hand at any time, and every reply stays in the inbox whatever its label, so nothing is archived or deleted by the AI.
Which AI provider does Engage use?
Gemini by default. An organisation can switch to its own Gemini, Anthropic or OpenAI-compatible API key in Settings.
Do my replies go out from Engage's servers?
No. Replies are sent through your own connected Google mailbox, on the original thread.
Problems this solves
Replies getting lost
With many mailboxes, nobody sees every reply. One inbox, already sorted, fixes that.
