Sending that checks every email before it goes out
Connect your Gmail or Google Workspace mailboxes and Engage decides, for each message, whether now is the right time to send it.

How does Engage decide when to send?
Before each email goes out, Engage checks the campaign window, the lead's local business hours and working days, the mailbox's rolling daily and hourly limits, frequency caps and cooldowns, a 24-hour company lockout and the suppression list. If any check fails, the email waits for the next allowed slot.
Connect with Google
Add a Gmail or Google Workspace mailbox with Google sign-in. Engage stores the access token encrypted and never asks for your password.
Daily and hourly limits
Each mailbox has its own rolling limits. Sends are paced evenly through the hour instead of in bursts, and a new mailbox can ramp up gradually to its target.
The lead's business hours
Emails go out inside each lead's local working hours and working days, so a lead in Sydney hears from you in the Sydney morning.
Company lockout and cooldowns
After one person at a company is emailed, the rest of that company waits 24 hours. Frequency caps and cross-campaign cooldowns stop the same lead being hit twice.
Suppression on every send
Unsubscribes, hard bounces and your do-not-contact list (single addresses or whole domains) are checked before every email, in every campaign.
Timing preview
Check timing shows when campaign hours and mailbox hours never overlap, before you launch, so no lead silently waits forever.

Which email providers does Engage support?
Gmail and Google Workspace, connected with Google sign-in (OAuth). Other providers are not supported today.
Does Engage guarantee my emails reach the inbox?
No tool can guarantee inbox placement. Engage controls how and when you send: limits per mailbox, even pacing, local business hours, company lockouts and suppression. Your domain's SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup and the content you send still matter.
Does Engage include an email warm-up network?
No. A new mailbox can ramp up its daily volume gradually toward a target you set, but Engage does not exchange warm-up emails with other mailboxes.
Can I use my own tracking domain?
Yes. Each organisation can set a custom tracking domain for open and click tracking, and tracking links are signed so they cannot be tampered with.
Problems this solves
Cold emails going to spam
Usually the cause is how you send, not only what you write. Engage controls the how; your domain setup and copy do the rest.

Google caps every account. Cold outreach should stay far below the cap, spread over the day and over several mailboxes.
